When the floor outgrows a walk-around

Everyone logged in. How did the shift actually go?

For BPO and support teams where desks multiply faster than supervisor attention.

  • The floor is too big to walk. Shift start, ticket spikes, handover — supervisors need a live view across desks, not another lap between cubicles.
  • Updates don’t show the whole shift. Give supervisors workday context alongside agent updates, so reviews start with something concrete.
  • A slip becomes hours of “what happened?” Open the live screen now, or Work Replay for the hour it slipped — then coach with context.
How supervisors use it

Wall first. One screen when it matters.

Keep Live Wall up. When a desk needs attention, open that live screen, verify what’s on it, then help.

  1. See the floor from one view

Review multiple workstations without walking the aisle. Spot a workstation that needs a closer look.

  2. Open one live screencast

See that agent’s current screen. Guide the next step, clarify a process, or confirm a blocker.

  3. Act with context

Help on the desktop in front of you — then use Work Replay if the question continues after the shift.

    The question you ask

“Is this a blocked form, a training gap, or something else on the desktop right now?”

Understand the day behind the live view

After the live moment: Work Replay activity and optional screenshots — the live stream is not recorded.

Daily summaries

Away from the floor?

Email and WhatsApp summaries point you where to look — then open Live Wall or Work Replay when you need to go deeper.

FAQ

A few practical questions

Does Live Wall record video of every screen?

No. Live Wall is a live video wall, and live screencast shows the current screen while a supervisor is viewing — SuperSee does not record or save that live video. Work Replay uses captured activity and optional periodic screenshots for a selected day, not a recording of the live stream.

A client bans screenshots. Can we still use Live Wall?

Yes. Turn screenshots off. Live Wall and live screencast still show current screens to authorised viewers. Review the client agreement for live viewing and app/website capture as well.

How many screens can we keep on the wall?

The Professional trial includes Live Wall so you can evaluate the workflow on up to five seats. Sustained dense walls for a full centre need capacity matched to your deployment — we’ll size concurrent viewing with you for a wider rollout.

Are live views logged?

Yes. SuperSee logs which employee was viewed, the supervisor or admin login, and the session’s start, end, and duration.

Does SuperSee prove SLA or AHT?

No. Live context and Work Replay help supervisors act. Your delivery and quality systems still hold SLA, AHT, and QA scores.

Does this replace our WFM or ticketing tool?

No. Schedules, queues, and cases stay in your ops stack. SuperSee adds live workstation visibility plus Work Replay activity from the computer.
