Yes. The desktop agent runs on Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux. If the connection drops, supported activity stays on the computer and syncs when it returns.
What needs to be installed on each employee’s computer?
The desktop agent. You send an invite link, and the person installs it on the work computer. What it records follows the policy and shift schedule you set.
What does active, idle, or offline actually mean?
Active is time the work computer shows activity during the shift. Idle is time without that activity. Offline means the computer is not currently connected. These describe the device during working hours, not whether a task was finished.
What appears in the daily WhatsApp or email summary?
Attendance, tracked time, absences, and the people to review, such as high idle or a sharp change from the day before. Open SuperSee when one of those needs the timeline or Work Replay.
Can we test it with five employees before rolling it out?
Yes. The trial is Professional for 14 days, with up to five seats and no credit card. Those five seats are the evaluation, not a cap on the team you can add later.
What happens after the trial?
Plans start at ₹249 per user/month, or $2.99. Basic is the starting plan. Keep Professional if you want Work Replay. Add seats as you roll the rest of the team out. After the trial, pick a plan and carry on with the same account. If you don’t, nothing is charged, and captured data is deleted on its normal retention schedule.
