Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the access and use of SuperSee.io (the “Service”), provided by Rao Information Technology Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India (“Rao IT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, installing our software agent, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Overview

SuperSee is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables organizations to monitor employee activity, productivity, and engagement through screenshots, application usage, and real-time presence indicators. The Service includes desktop agents, a web-based admin dashboard, and related APIs and data analytics tools.

These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, employees, contractors, and any individuals accessing the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use SuperSee. Organizational accounts must be created by an authorized representative of the company. By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use SuperSee, you must register an account and provide accurate information, including company name, email, and phone number. Administrators may invite employees to install the SuperSee agent using unique per-user installation links or tokens.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and any activity under your account.

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use SuperSee solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the software.

  • Circumvent or disable security or access controls.

  • Collect or process sensitive personal information unless permitted by law.

  • Use the Service for any unlawful surveillance or harassment.

Administrators are solely responsible for ensuring employees are informed of monitoring activity and for obtaining required consents under applicable data protection laws.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

SuperSee collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. This may include:

  • Screenshots, timestamps, and application/window activity.

  • Real-time presence and status via Firebase.

  • Device and session identifiers.

  • Administrative actions and logs.

Rao IT uses secure HTTPS (TLS), encrypted storage (AWS S3 SSE-S3/SSE-KMS), and strict access controls. Screenshots and Monitoring Data are automatically deleted after 90 days, unless otherwise required by law or contract.

6. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed via Razorpay or other authorized gateways. Subscription fees, renewal terms, and pricing are displayed on our website or invoices.

  • Prices may change upon reasonable notice.

  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

  • Rao IT may suspend access for unpaid or overdue accounts.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime and reliability. However, SuperSee may experience interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. Rao IT is not liable for any temporary unavailability of the Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in SuperSee, including software, code, UI, and design, belong to Rao Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your active subscription.

You may not copy, resell, or use Rao IT’s trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality and Security

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of using the Service. Rao IT maintains industry-standard security measures, including:

  • HTTPS/TLS for data transmission.

  • AWS S3 encryption and access control.

  • Firebase secured by authentication and rules.

  • Role-based access control for administrators.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Rao IT may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or engage in misuse of the Service.

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Service will be disabled.

  • Monitoring Data will be deleted within 30 days.

  • No refunds will be issued unless covered under our refund policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Rao IT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

Rao IT is not responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized or unlawful use of the Service by Customer or its employees.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rao IT harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Unlawful monitoring or data processing.

  • Misuse of the Service or failure to notify employees of monitoring.

13. Sub-processors and Third-party Services

Rao IT engages Sub-processors listed in our Data Processing Addendum, including:

  • AWS (hosting & storage)

  • Google STUN/TURN (screencast connectivity)

  • Firebase (real-time presence)

  • Aptabase (anonymous telemetry)

  • Gmail/n8n (automations & communications)

  • Razorpay (payment processing)

Rao IT remains responsible for their compliance and performance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
