Shipping, Delivery & Exchange Policy — SuperSee.io
Effective Date: 1 January 2025
1. Digital Delivery
SuperSee is delivered electronically. After successful payment/verification, you receive admin dashboard access, installer links, and activation tokens via email.
2. Delivery Time
Digital delivery typically occurs within 1 hour of payment. Delays may occur due to payment verification or system processing.
3. Confirmation & Accuracy
A confirmation email includes links/tokens and instructions. Customer is responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact details. Check spam/junk if not received.
4. Lost or Delayed Delivery
If delivery is not received within 2 hours, contact hello@raoinformationtechnology.com or support@supersee.io for assistance.
5. Installers & Tokens
For security, installer links and activation tokens may be single-use or time-limited. Admins are responsible for distributing installers to authorized recipients and revoking tokens when unnecessary or upon termination of employment.
6. Exchanges & Cancellations
Because SuperSee is a digital service, there are no physical exchanges. You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation does not retroactively refund the current term (see Refund Policy).
7. Title & Risk
Title to digital licenses transfers on successful payment and delivery of access credentials. Risk of unauthorized use lies with Customer following delivery; please secure Admin credentials and distribution channels.
8. Updates to Delivery Terms
We may update this policy without prior notice.
