Refund Policy — SuperSee.io

Effective Date: 1 January 2025

1. Overview

This policy applies to purchases and renewals made through Razorpay for the SuperSee Service.

2. General Rule (Subscriptions)

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a term begins. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid term.

3. First-Use Window

Within 24 hours of an initial purchase, if a verified, Rao-IT-caused technical defect prevents use despite reasonable support efforts, you may request a refund.

4. Service Credits / Exceptions

At our discretion, we may offer a pro-rated refund or service credits if:
(a) Rao IT terminates your subscription for convenience; or
(b) a material, Rao-IT-caused outage prevents access for an extended period and cannot be timely remedied.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Renewals after term commencement.

  • Discounted/promotional plans designated non-refundable.

  • Taxes/fees charged by third parties.

  • One-time professional services, where delivered.

6. How to Request

Email hello@raoinformationtechnology.com or support@supersee.io with organization name, order ID, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (via Razorpay) or via bank transfer where applicable.

7. Late/Missing Refunds

If not received after 10 business days, contact your bank or card issuer. If the issue persists, email hello@raoinformationtechnology.com for assistance.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy.
