By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Rao IT is a technology company based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. We provide SuperSee, a workforce monitoring and productivity analytics platform that helps businesses understand employee engagement, app usage, and activity patterns through secure, privacy-aware data processing.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information You Provide

• Organization and Admin Data: Name, company name, email address, phone number, and account credentials.

• Employee Information: Contact details (e.g., email address or phone number) shared by the company’s administrator to invite users.

• Support Requests: Emails, attachments, or messages sent to our support channels.

• Payment Information: Processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store card or payment credentials.

2.2. Information Automatically Collected

• Monitoring Data: Screenshots, timestamps, active application/window titles, activity/idle times, and device metadata collected by the desktop agent.

• Real-time Status: Presence and last-active indicators through Firebase to display employee online/offline status in the admin dashboard.

• Screencast Streams: Encrypted WebRTC live streams for real-time viewing; not recorded or stored by Rao IT.

• System Logs & Device Info: Device identifiers, IP addresses, operating system, and app version to ensure performance and security.

• Anonymous Telemetry: Aggregated usage analytics via Aptabase, which contains no personally identifiable information.

2.3. Cookies and Web Storage

We use minimal cookies and session storage to maintain login sessions and improve user experience. You can disable cookies through your browser, but this may affect Service functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide and operate the Service.

• Display real-time dashboards and analytics.

• Authenticate users and secure access.

• Process payments and manage subscriptions.

• Troubleshoot, monitor uptime, and prevent abuse.

• Communicate product updates and respond to support requests.

• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

• Monitoring Data: Retained up to 90 days and automatically deleted thereafter.

• Admin and Billing Records: Retained for the duration of the subscription and as required by law.

• Real-time Data (Firebase): Temporary session-bound presence data deleted or overwritten automatically.

• Support and Communication Logs: Retained as necessary to provide service continuity.

You can request deletion of your data at any time via support@supersee.io.

5. Data Sharing and Sub-processors

We use trusted service providers to deliver the Service securely. These Sub-processors may handle limited data under Rao IT’s supervision:

All Sub-processors comply with data protection requirements, and Rao IT remains responsible for their performance.

6. Security Measures

Rao IT employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) encryption for all communications.

• AWS S3 server-side encryption (SSE-S3/SSE-KMS).

• Role-based access controls and audit logs.

• Firebase secured with service accounts and access rules.

• Encrypted WebRTC streams for screencasts (no recording).

• Periodic vulnerability testing and secure development practices.

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your data.

• Request correction or deletion.

• Object to processing or withdraw consent.

• File a complaint with a data protection authority.

Requests can be submitted by your organization’s administrator or directly to support@supersee.io. We will respond within legally required timelines.

8. Grievance Redressal (India DPDP Act, 2023)

If you believe your data has been misused or mishandled, contact our Grievance Officer at support@supersee.io. If unresolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. International Data Transfers

Personal Data may be processed in India and other countries where our Sub-processors operate. Transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and DPDP. Cross-border transfers to countries without adequacy decisions are safeguarded through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

10. Children’s Privacy

SuperSee is intended for business use and not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is found, it will be promptly deleted.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
